This recently completed project in Brentwood featured an extension and refurbishment of Cresswell House, turning it into five separate luxury apartments.
Palmers Green - Extension & Refurbishment
To say that this project was a complete transformation doesn’t go far enough to describe the changes to this semi-detached house in Palmers Green. It is a true example of the adage: “If you love where you live, don’t relocate, renovate”. We will be adding some before pictures soon so you can see the difference.
Hillcrest, Winchmore Hill
Kitchen and Dining Room Extension
This was a large project with a lot of external work to change what was a steeply sloping garden, into a raised patio entertaining area that allowed for a huge kitchen and dining entertainment space. This was coupled with a full house refurbishment including new bathrooms and the creation of a utility room. The garden was also fully landscaped with lifelike artificial grass for a low-maintenance solution. Outside lighting finishes this polished and luxury home.
Mile House - New Build Bungalow
This two-bedroom detached new bungalow was built by Assured Properties for a development company. Despite its small stature this cottage boats a large kitchen dinner, a long lounge with doors to the garden, a downstairs cloakroom, and a utility room. Upstairs there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms, both with clever under eves storage.
